The research method used is normative legal research juridical approach to legislation. by using Deductive Analysis with the applicable laws and regulations. The result this research is that Gambling Advertising in the ITE Law is emphasized or focused on the "Content" of Gambling and Advertising Gambling the website the act of distributing and making gambling content stated in the elements of Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, advertisements directly or indirectly related to gambling can be said to be a criminal act.
